  Walked in sat down at a table not very busy day, waitress comes up and tells us 5 mins later the seats and table is reserved on this side of the restaurant so we get up and go sit on the other side. The waitress eventually made her way over to us, bringing us a menu and asking what we wanted to drink. Simple order a pint of beer and a pop. She starts doing other things which is cool its a restaurant everyone needs service. Meanwhile two ladies come and sit down and the waitress asks them what them want to drink. She then promptly makes the two each a ceaser, and brings it to their table and takes their food order. It's now been half an hour since I arrived, I see the waitress pouring the beer finally and grabbing the can, so I assure my wife that she is coming, as she has slightly less patience than me. She brings the drinks over and asks what I want to order I say bourbon burger, She informs me that they have no hamburgers today after I've already been in there half an hour. So I just order a poutine. The whole time I'm waiting for my food trying to converse and relax with my wive (which is what going out is all about) The staff is dragging tables and chairs across the floor making crazy amounts of noise. Finally I receive my poutine its not even hot, at this point I'm not sure if the service is souring my view on the food, but all in all I will not be returning ever. Maybe it was just a bad day for them maybe they were understaffed, not my problem that is management problem.

  The kitchen is open late! We had good service and decent food. Glad they were open.

  They serve great food there it gets busy during lunch hour but the wait is worth it.
